GET TOGETHER AT TEMPLEOGUE

This event was originally envisaged at the end of 2012 at the instigation of Fr. P.J. Cassidy M.Afr, Delegate Superior for Ireland. Two inclusions in the Society’s Irish Newsletter earlier in 2013 resulted in a reasonable response to the suggestion that we organise a “Gathering” in late Summer at the M.Afr house in Templeogue. The event took place on Saturday 28th September. Not all those who wanted to attend were able to be there due to other commitments. Nonetheless it was a wonderful occasion, held in a very convivial atmosphere, enthusiastically supported by the M.Afr community. Former friendships were renewed and new ones made.

A further reunion is planned for 8th December – the feast day of the Missionaries of Africa (White Fathers).
