A proposed get-together for Pelicans in July 2015

The Buccleuch Arms Hotel

Proposed dates 13th & 14th July 2015

Accommodation at the above four star Hotel in St. Boswells.

Cost of accommodation and food:  Bed and breakfast would cost £80 per room per night for single occupancy.  For 2 sharing, the rate will be £100 per night. They will create a set menu for us based on these costing from around £23pp (3 courses) depending on dishes chosen.

On the above basis a couple staying for two nights the cost will be £292 VAT inclusive.
Each Pelican will be responsible for settling his own bill with the hotel and this gives the flexibility to choose dishes for dinner each evening to suit individual tastes for food and drinks.

Next steps please let me know if you would like to join us for this get-together in July by sending me an e-mail to Mike@charters.eu.com telling me how many will be in your party and when you plan to arrive and depart.

In a few weeks’ time I will ask you to call the hotel and confirm your booking which they will do by simply taking your credit or debit card number.

They have a total of nineteen rooms in the Buccleuch Arms Hotel and we must allocate them on a first come first served basis.
