Haymarket, on 16th January 1953 returning to The Priory after
Christmas?
Peter Browne (at The Priory 1947 - 51) writes:
Unfortunately I cannot place the chap next to left, but the other four
individuals
were contemporaries of mine at The Priory and I certainly
remember Martin
Boylan going on to Broome Hall with me later that year.
From left to right:
1. Frank Tortolano from Hill Park, Bannockburn.
2. Eugene MacBride
3. Vincent (Vinnie) Callaghan from Priest Hill, Glasgow.
4. Paul (I think) McGrath. Can't remember if he was
also a Glaswegian
but I do remember that he was
our ace billiards player.
Peter Finn's record lists a Michael McGrath from Glasgow (PR: 1949 -53)
5. Martin (Ginger) Boylan from Hamilton.
